Ordering and Pricing
All quotes provided through our inquiry system are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change without notice and may vary based on order volume, product configuration, and delivery location. Final pricing will be confirmed in your formal purchase agreement.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order size, product availability, and shipping destination. Teak & Black Systems is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control. Freight and delivery charges will be outlined in your quote.
Warranty
All Teak & Black structural systems are covered by a 25-year commercial warranty against fading, rotting, and structural failure under normal use and proper installation. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase and installation details. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or acts of nature.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teak & Black Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the products giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
